CASE STUDY: Kelliesue Ackernecht

Kellisue Ackernecht worked at a Rite Aid in Amsterdam, New York.
On September 30, 2008, around 9:30 pm, she left work (locking up the store) and drove off. She was headed home to Johnstown, New York, where she lived with her husband and their daughter.
A few hours later—early in the morning of October 1—the car she was driving was discovered engulfed in flames, only a few blocks from her home in an area known locally as “Frog Hollow.”
Kellisue had not made it home that night, and there was no sign of her in or around the vehicle. Investigators also noticed that none of her personal belongings were in the car either- her purse, phone, or glasses.
Kellisue was a doting and loving mother, very active in her 8-year old daughter's life. No one close to her believed she'd walk away from her daughter. But then, where is she? Did she meet with foul play? If so, who is responsible?
And most importantly, where is Kellisue?
