RSS Feed Adam Herrman was adopted by Doug and Valerie Herrman in 1993. But that didn't mean Adam would have the loving, happy, family he always wanted - and deserved. In fact, his life would be marred with abuse and neglect.
In 1999, the other children in the home were told that Adam was sent back to Child Services.
In 2008, one of his adoptive sisters set out to find Adam, hoping to reunite with him. What she learned was unsettling. Adam was never given back to Child Services.
Adam was missing.
