Missing College Students: Where are Cindy Song and Joshua Guimond?

Cindy Song was a 21-year-old Penn State Student in October of 2001.

But that Halloween everything would change. Cindy seemingly vanished into thin air after a night out on the town celebrating Halloween.

But she must be somewhere.
